• We give you guidance in all disciplinary procedures
• We keep full records of such issues and procedure followed

Contracts of employment

• We will draw up all contracts for existing and new employees
• We automatically update contracts in line with changes in legislation
• We automatically update contracts as pay rates or contracted hours change
