Our Human Resources Administrator is a CIPD Associate. She has 5 years HR experience including 3 years as a Shop Steward in International Manufacturing.
Her experience includes:
- Producing, reviewing and updating contracts of employment
- Keeping records of staff holidays and absences
- Guiding and supporting employers through grievance and disciplinary procedures, in accordance with ACAS regulations
- Liasing between management and staff
- Producing redundancy packages to suit both parties’ needs
- Attending management meetings to implement initiatives and improve working standards
- Representing staff in grievance and disciplinary procedures
- Representing companies in grievance and disciplinary procedures
- Attending courses to further professional development and update knowledge of ever-changing Employment Law & Regulations
